The Stretch & Swing Performance Club was founded on a single conviction: that the body performing the swing is the most neglected piece of equipment in golf. We built something different.

A different kind of club

This is not a gym.
This is not a walk-in studio.

Most golfers have tried massage. Physical therapy. Stretching at home. Maybe a chiropractor or two. These things may help for a few days — but the relief doesn’t last because the root cause is never addressed.


The Performance Club is a private membership studio where your body is assessed, mapped, and optimized specifically for golf — through a proprietary four-pillar protocol built on over 20 years of working exclusively with golfers.


Membership is limited to 40 active members. Sessions are fully private. Results are tracked and compounded over time. This is not a place you visit when something hurts. This is a place you belong to because you take the game seriously.

The senior golfer (55+)

You want to keep playing.

Golf has been part of your life for decades. You’re not ready to give up distance, rounds, or the game itself to the natural process of aging. Neither are we. Mobility is not permanent — but it is restorable.

The membership experience

What membership
actually looks like.

From the moment your application is accepted, your experience is personal. You receive a welcome kit that includes your initial performance brief, your member guide, and everything you need to arrive at your first session prepared.

Your sessions take place in a fully private room. No other clients, no shared equipment, no distractions. Your specialist has reviewed your intake assessment before you arrive. The session is already designed around you.

After each session, your progress is logged. Over time, you and your specialist track your mobility gains, performance improvements, and protocol adjustments through regular assessment reports. You always know exactly where you stand — and where you’re headed.
