The Stretch & Swing Performance Club was not built from a business plan. It was built from two decades of watching talented, serious golfers walk into sessions frustrated, limited, and confused about why everything else they had tried hadn’t worked.

The answer, in almost every case, was the same. Their body had lost its precision. And nobody had addressed it in a way that was specific to golf.

The experience behind the method.

I have spent more than 20 years working with golfers. Not athletes in general. Golfers specifically. And early in my career, I noticed something that changed the direction of everything I built after it.

The golfers coming to me weren’t out of shape. They weren’t unfit. Most of them were disciplined, competitive people who took care of themselves. But their bodies had lost the precision that the golf swing demands. Tightness in the hips. Restrictions through the thoracic spine. Imbalances that pulled their alignment offline without them even knowing it.

They were compensating for all of it, every single swing, and calling it technique.

So I built a method around that insight. A fascia-focused, golf-specific approach that addresses the root cause of what’s limiting your game, not just the symptoms showing up in your swing. I called it the S.C.O.R.E. Method. Over the years, it worked so consistently that Stretch & Swing was the natural next step — a studio built entirely around this method and the golfers it was designed for.

But the more the studio grew, the more I realized that the golfers who got the best results weren’t the ones who dropped in occasionally. They were the ones who committed. The ones who treated their body the way they treated every other part of their game: seriously, consistently, and with a plan.

That’s what led me to build the Performance Club. Not a drop-in service. A private membership. A place where serious golfers belong, and where the work actually compounds.

We believe the body is the most underinvested asset in golf.

Golfers invest in their swing. They invest in their clubs, their course memberships, their mental game. Very few invest in the body that executes all of it with the same intention and care.

That gap is where most performance plateaus live. It’s where the inconsistency comes from. It’s why practice doesn’t always translate to the course, and why a great round on Saturday can feel impossible to repeat on Sunday.

The Performance Club exists to close that gap. We are not here to replace your instructor, your physio, or your training routine. We are here to optimize the physical foundation beneath all of it, so every other investment you make in your game starts to compound the way it was always supposed to.
