Programs — Stretch & Swing Performance Club

Four performance pillars

Every program.
One purpose.

The Stretch & Swing programs aren’t generic fitness. Each of the four pillars addresses a specific dimension of what your body needs to perform on the course — and they are designed to compound on one another.

How the programs work

Built around the demands
of the golf swing.

01

Assessment first. Every member begins with a full intake assessment. We identify your restrictions, imbalances, and performance gaps before a single session is scheduled.

02

Personalized protocol. Your program is not templated. It is built from your assessment results and mapped across whichever pillars your body most needs.

03

Tracked progression. Every session is documented. Every result is measured. You always know exactly where you are and what changed.

Member perspective

“I didn’t realize how much my body was the limiting factor. Once we started addressing it systematically, everything else clicked.”

The approach at Stretch & Swing is different because it treats the golfer — not just the symptom. Every program connects to how you actually move and swing.

The four programs

Explore each pillar
in detail.

Each program is delivered by a certified golf movement specialist. Depending on your membership tier, your protocol may incorporate one, several, or all four pillars.

01 — Foundation

Mobility & Alignment

Corrective Golf Stretching

The foundation of every member’s protocol. Corrective Golf Stretching uses manual fascial release, myofascial techniques, and targeted alignment work to undo the restrictions your body has accumulated — from decades of sitting, asymmetrical loading, or previous injury. These aren’t generic stretches. They are specific, sequential interventions designed to restore the range of motion your swing has been working around.

What we address

  • Hip flexor and thoracic spine restriction
  • Shoulder and rotator cuff mobility
  • Fascial adhesions limiting rotation
  • Postural asymmetries from repeated swing patterns
  • Lumbar decompression and sacral alignment

Member result

“I was two weeks from a golf trip to Europe and couldn’t swing without my back locking up. Within those two weeks, I was swinging again. I played every round of the tournament.”

Rick K. — Tournament Golfer

Specialist note

Most golfers don’t realize their restrictions were there long before the pain. We identify them early, address them precisely, and restore movement patterns that feel completely natural within sessions — not months.

02 — Lifestyle

Recovery & Performance Habits

Bio Health & Habits

Performance isn’t limited to the session. What you do between rounds — how you sleep, hydrate, recover, and load your body — determines how much of your work carries forward. The Bio Health & Habits pillar builds a sustainable performance environment around your game, calibrated specifically for the senior and competitive golfer.

What we address

  • Sleep quality and recovery optimization
  • Anti-inflammatory nutrition principles for golfers
  • Daily mobility maintenance protocols
  • Pre-round warm-up and post-round recovery routines
  • Hydration and energy management across 18 holes

Member result

“Keeping your body in shape is paramount to maximum performance — just as important as having a skilled golf professional watching over your game. I can’t do without a weekly session to feel alive and well.”

Kim S. — 60+ years competitive golf

Specialist note

Golf is a game you play for life. The habits that support recovery and readiness are what keep competitive golfers in the game at 70 and 80 — not just for a season, but for decades.

03 — Performance

Power & Kinetic Chain

Ground Force Performance

Swing speed is not a club problem. It is a body problem. Ground Force Performance trains the kinetic chain from foot pressure through hip drive, through torso rotation, through shoulder turn — developing the precise neuromuscular sequencing that generates clubhead speed and delivers it accurately. This is golf-specific strength training, not general conditioning.

What we address

  • Hip rotation power and load sequencing
  • Ground reaction force training
  • Rotational strength through the full kinetic chain
  • Lead and trail side balance and stability
  • Clubhead speed development without technique change

Member result

“I increased my swing speed by 10 MPH and feel 10 years younger. Working here has completely changed how I feel on the course and off it.”

James L. — Performance Club Member

Specialist note

Distance losses as we age are almost always mobility and power sequencing issues, not structural decline. Most members see measurable swing speed gains within the first 8–12 weeks of targeted work.

04 — Precision

Alignment & Posture

Putting Alignment Sessions

Putting is the scoring game, and it begins with the body. Eye dominance, spinal rotation, shoulder level, and hip placement all determine whether your putter face arrives square at impact. Putting Alignment Sessions use body-based assessment — not just stroke mechanics — to identify the physical sources of inconsistency and correct them with precision.

What we address

  • Eye dominance and visual alignment calibration
  • Shoulder and hip levelness at address
  • Spinal tilt and sway under pressure
  • Wrist and forearm neutrality through impact
  • Consistency of setup routine from a body perspective

What this changes

“Most golfers never connect their putting inconsistency to their body. When we address the physical variables, the improvement is immediate — and it stays.”

Stretch & Swing Specialist

Specialist note

The best technical putting instruction in the world cannot overcome a body that arrives at address in a different position every time. We solve the physical variable first.

The methodology

How a session
actually works.

Every session follows a deliberate structure built around your protocol. There is no guesswork, no filler, and no improvisation. This is what working with a specialist looks like.

Step 01 — Arrival

Check-In & Status Review

Your specialist reviews your last session notes, asks targeted questions about how your body has responded, and adjusts the session plan accordingly. Every session is informed by the one before it.

Step 02 — Session

Protocol Work

Hands-on or movement-based work tailored to your current protocol. Depending on your tier and program, this may include manual release, movement training, alignment work, or a combination across pillars.

Step 03 — Close

Documentation & Assignment

Your specialist documents the session in detail and assigns any between-session work. You leave knowing exactly what was done, what changed, and what you should do before you return.

Programs by membership tier

Your access to the four pillars
depends on your tier.

The right tier is determined together after your Member Intake Assessment. Below is a general guide to what each level of membership includes.
